Reason for Selling: It’s been a great adventure, but the family is growing! I have lived in my custom tiny home for the last 4+ years and enjoyed every moment. I can honestly say it’s saved me tons of $ in living expenses and having it portable means it can go anywhere you like. My family has grown from myself to 3 and expecting our 4th coming in the next month. We have recently purchased our first “Big” house and no longer have a need for our tiny home. About the house: The house was built with the intent of being a big tiny house used for full time living. It’s well insulated and ready for year round living during the Michigan Winter months. Its living room in the gooseneck is also used as a second sleeping space. The kitchen is full size everything including a huge refirdgerater. The bathroom has custom everything including a bath tub and double shower
