This is a house in the country. It has a large yard with a two car carport and front deck. All lights are LED and CFL appliances included are refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. The appliances central heat and air are electric. It is still being remodeled and I will upload finished pictures when rooms are completed. The entire house has wood flooring and laminate, no carpet . The laundry room has washer and dryer hook ups but actual washer and dryer are not included. Renter pays trash, electric and water. Renter must maintain yard and landscaping. $200 pet fee per pet. No pit bulls. This is an insurance rule I cannot make exceptions. Pet must be approved by landlord.
