With 1,800 sq. ft. of living space, tall vaulted ceilings, and large windows offering views of the beautiful woods, this cabin's unique layout sets it apart from the rest. Wake up to the sounds of the forest and start your morning on the spacious deck with a fresh cup of coffee. After a day of exploring, soak in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or cozy up indoors by the gas fireplace. Enjoy your morning coffee on the second-floor balcony or relax around the fire pit at night when it cools down. If you're looking to snuggle up inside, enjoy the 65-inch smart Roku TV above the fireplace. This cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, various board games, a 6-person hot tub, a gas fireplace inside, and a gas fire pit on the deck. The master bedroom and guest room upstairs each have a king-size bed, while the bedrooms downstairs offer one full bed and two twin beds. The property offers free parking space for up to 4 vehicles. More than 4 vehicles are not permitted. The cabin warmly welcomes pets, allowing a maximum of 2 furry companions, with a pet fee of $150. The cabin is conveniently located with the nearest grocery stores being Food City, just 2.3 miles away, and Publix, 4 miles away. Despite the presence of other rental cabins nearby, you will still enjoy a sense of privacy and seclusion. Local attractions include a 13-minute drive to Dollywood Theme Park, 15 minutes to Parrot Mountain and Gardens, 16 minutes to Anakeesta, 18 minutes to Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, and 20 minutes to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. All booking guests must be at least 25 years of age, except for children accompanied by their parents, and must be present during the entire stay. Guests are financially responsible for any property damage that may occur during the rental period, including damage caused by pets. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. No parties are allowed. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late checkouts or early check-ins will have a $50 charge. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. As you travel to the cabin, keep in mind that some mountain roads can be steep and winding, so drive cautiously and allow extra time for travel. Power outages are beyond our control and no refunds are provided for weather-related issues or road conditions.
