I am looking to sublet my room for the upcoming winter quarter (January 1, 2015-March 31,2015). This is a shared room. The room includes a bed, closet space and desk. I'm looking for someone as soon as possible. The apartment is full furnished. It includes a kitchen table, sofas, all kitchen tools (pots and pans) and utensils, fridge, microwave, boiler, toaster, blender, and rice cooker. Internet is included but not utilities (gas and power). You will have 3 awesome roommates who are clean and considerate, one of which will be sharing the room with you (2 male, 1 female. The room will be shared with a MALE roommate). Looking for someone who is also clean and considerate. Rent is $660/month and I'm looking to sublet my room for all of winter quarter.
