Two bedroom country farmhouse sitting on roughly one acre. Brand new natural gas furnace. Out of respect for the current tenant we will not be doing tours until after June 1st. This farm house is located in Hartland Township and in New London School District. Electric service is Ohio Edison, please transfer service to your name by the time you move in This house has a new natural gas furnace in 2021. Heat from the furnace must be used in winter months to prevent damage to the house. No electric heaters should be used. The gas company is Consumers Gas. A County Trash card can be gotten by attending the Trustee's meeting on the first or third Monday of each month. You must take your own trash to the landfill if you use this card. You can hire a service for trash pickup if you want. Snow plowing and lawn mowing can be hired or done by tenant. Water softener in the basement needs salt added each month. Culligan has been hired to bring it. Rural water is on its way to this home in 2021. The barn has a storage area in the lower back. As you face the back, the side on the right is available for your use. Television is available with a regular television antenna. You may hire someone to install that and there is no cost for service. There are several satellite dishes on the roof. We do not want any more added. If a company uses one of the existing dishes and you want to purchase that service, they will need to use one of the existing dishes. Please use command strips to hang items on the walls.
