One of the pools is a zero-entry pool with four water sprouts, ideal for families with children. This Gulf Shores condo features an equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom is spacious and comes with a shower and a large whirlpool tub. The dressing area has his and her vanities with a large walk-in closet. The washer, dryer, and cable/satellite TV are also included. Parking is available with limited spaces for a maximum of 2 cars. Parking passes can be purchased onsite for $50 per car per stay. There are numerous nearby dining and entertainment options, including family-friendly and casual seafood restaurants and fine dining places. There are plenty of entertainment options that offer great golfing, tennis, fishing, kayaking, sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, and diving. If you are in the mood for some shopping, there are fantastic outlet malls, art galleries, and boutiques only a short ride away. The condo has a security camera/recording device outside for your safety and protection. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
