Permanent residents in the community will report any rule violations. Guests who knowingly break the rules may face eviction without confrontation or refund. Centrally located: 35 to 55 minutes from the best beaches in the West 13 to 18 minutes from top casinos and the River Village Pool (entry fee applies) Close to pharmacies, supermarkets, malls, restaurants, and entertainment spots Authentic Puerto Rican Community Experience Our apartment is in a traditional Puerto Rican neighborhood. You may hear coquis at night and roosters in the morning, along with other farm animals. While we don't own them, they are part of the local environment. Staying here offers a true island experience! Fully Furnished & Equipped Our apartment includes: Sleeping arrangements for 6 guests: 1 Queen bed (sleeps 2) 2 Twin beds (sleeps 1 each) 1 Twin bunk bed (sleeps 2) Kitchen amenities: Sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker Dishes, cutlery, utensils, glasses, cups, pots, and table Bathroom: Hot water shower Entertainment & Comfort: Smart TV with Roku, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (24,000 BTU in main area, 12,000 BTU in bedrooms), water cistern, fan and electric generator (for emergency). Dominoes table & game, board & iron, smoke detector, closet Parking: 1 free private parking spot per apartment Additional parking available for a fee ($10 per car/week for construction vehicles or family cars) Laundry: Washing Machine Water Cistern Electric Power Machine in the premises. Important Rules & Policies No smoking inside the apartment No parties or gatherings inside or outside (Violation results in a $250 penalty) Only registered and paid guests are allowed Pets are allowed (Name and photo must be provided) Utilities & Rental Conditions Our apartment relies on public water and electricity services. Outages will not result in refunds or cancellations. A water cistern is available. Monthly rentals include water and electricity up to: $150 for electricity $25 for water Any excess must be paid by the tenant at the time of the next rent payment (non-negotiable). A rental agreement and liability waiver must be signed. Minimum stay: 1 month Community Standards We have three permanent families, including young children. Respect for our residents and their well-being is a priority. Misconduct or disruptions will not be tolerated. Communication We stay connected with our guests via text messages or calls, and our phone number is shared upon booking confirmation. We look forward to hosting you and providing a comfortable, authentic, and enjoyable stay in Mayaguez! The parking is private and is arranged in front of our facilities. We have available one parking per apartment that accommodate one car. We have additional space in front of our building for a minimum cost of $10 per car/per week for constructions vehicles and $10 per car/per stay/per week for family cars. All responsibility for the physical and public integrity of the use of the apartment will be at the expense of the guest who reserves. NO: Smoking inside de apartment, Parties or Activities in or out the apartment. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty of $250.00. Pet are allowed. Name and photo of your pet is a must. You are responsible of the leaving the area clean and disinfected. We have a septic tank, it is forbidden to put paper or sanitary towels, etc. inside the toilet. This can cause a serious problem in the pipe. If the problem is identified as coming from the apartment, the tenant will be responsible for fixing the situation. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund. (We have water cistern). The visitor will be responsible for the proper functioning of the equipment and it will be their responsibility if the equipment is damaged. Changes in reservations or refund of money due to lack of these services will not be considered. The monthly rent includes water and electricity service. The electricity bill will be up to a maximum of $150 and the water bill up to a maximum of $25. If the bills are greater than these amounts, the tenant will cover the remainder. He/she will make the payment monthly at the time of making the next rent payment. This is non-negotiable. Tenant must signed a release of responsibility terms and contract for the period interested. Minimum contract one month. The FREE WIFI enabled according to the availability of the service of the supplier company. We have 3 permanent families including little ones, we care of the well being of our permanent residents and we will not tolerate misconducts or alteration to the peace of our community.
