Various grades of hardwood & pine flooring throughout (notice the individual, plugged screw holes). Decorative tile used throughout the kitchen and restrooms. Stone, see-through REAL fireplace divides the Great room and the keeping room. Master has its own REAL fireplace as well. Did you see the GIGANTIC Elk Antler chandelier! How about the Elk over the fireplace? They stay! This home has AMPLE windows and doors to maximize lighting. Every room has its own ceiling fan. The home features a laundry/mud room with pantry. The foyer features a vaulted ceiling with stain-glass door and window with rock flooring. Home features a wrap-around, covered porch/deck. We love eating outside while listening to the creek. Home has a new heating/air system (heat pump/propane) installed last year. The home was recently stained and a new roof installed this year. The home was recently treated for termite and mold protection by Terminix. The backyard is small but features an old logging road that runs to the back of the property. Railroad tie retaining walls face the creek with stairs leading to a fire-pit. I can honestly say some of the best Rainbow Trout fishing in the area is just a few steps away from the home!
