There is a closet inside the room with more storage space in the garage if needed. There is on-street parking or an available driveway space. Laundry machines are shared with me and my family which can be accessed from the door to the basement area. We do not allow parties or loud music. No alcohol or smoking on any kind. There is a refrigerator in the garage by the door to the basement to store any refrigerator items and there is a cabinet in the basement area for any dry goods. Main kitchen of the house is shared and available for cooking. My wife might be available for cooking for a little more added to the rent amount.
