The pond on the property is shallower and not meant for fishing or swimming, but the Erie Canal, less than half a mile away, is great for fishing. Pets are welcome with prior approval, with a maximum of two pets allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from Clay's Park Resort, which features a swimming lake and a plethora of activities for kids. Clay's Park also hosts concerts throughout the year, offering a chance to enjoy live music during your stay. Access to the main floor is via approximately 15 steps from the garage, where all bedrooms, the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are conveniently situated. A $500 fine applies for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am, and a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning if smoking occurs inside. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are allowed. A $150 fee applies for late checkout without prior notice.
