GREAT LOCATION! I have a room available for rent at my NEWLY REMODELED ~1650 sq ft, 3 bed/2.5 Bath Townhome located near i70 & 6th Ave in Golden, Colorado. The room is move-in ready and fully cleaned. The property is in a phenomenal location with great views of the city of Golden, quick access to the mountains and/or Downtown Denver depending on your interests in activities. The property is fully furnished, excluding the rooms for rent, so the new tenants will need to bring enough furniture for their room only. There is a full bathroom upstairs for tenants who rent the rooms as well. All of the bathrooms are remodeled, as well as, the flooring and kitchen countertops. There are two carports (one I have reserved for myself) but the other can be used by the new tenants. In one of the photos of the car ports you'll notice the gutter has been damaged. This is actively getting fixed by the HOA. To give you an idea of who you would be living with: I am a 26 year old male entrepreneur and have lived in Colorado my whole life. I am very familiar with the area and would be happy to show the new tenant great places for outdoor activities, night life, and local food spots too. Im active and work a ton so there is plenty of time to yourself in the home if you are looking for quiet nights as well. Overall, I am looking for an individual that cleans up after themselves, is easy going, willing to meet new people, and has shown consistent credibility in rent payments. I really hope to find a great tenant and build a friendship over the next year and beyond! PETS: Dogs are okay, CATS ARE NOT (I'm allergic). If you have a dog there is an additional $75 per month fee on top of rent and an additional deposit of $200 upon signing the agreement. I will need to ensure the dog is trained, good with people, and healthy. Utilities are evenly split and include gas & electric. I will cover the Water and Trash myself. The term of the lease would likely be 12 months but I am happy to negotiate for a shorter term if you are a student. The upfront deposit will be equal to one months rent.
