There is a storage shed available for bikes etc. Garden and backyard opens to Lobo trailhead and you are welcome to use shared backyard for quiet time. No pets, no smoking of any kind (allergies..shared vents in HVAC). Rent month to month or short 3m renewable lease. Will accept direct payment from your insurance provider. Security deposit required.
