The kitchen has everything you need including a cook top and oven. This is the best deal around if you are looking for a nice apartment close to the city but with the small town atmosphere. They have all new carpet and have recently been repainted. The best thing about Greystone is that we pay your gas and water so you will not have to worry so much about bills. We also have a laundry mat on site and a large pool in the center of the complex. Owner pays gas/heat, water, and trash. Tenant must have a credit score of 550 or above.
