This apartment is attached to a garage. The inside looks like a cabin. the appt is only 3 years old. there is a queen size bed in one bedroom and two twin beds with a desk in the second bedroom.. There is a washer dryer stacked in one bedroom. It also includes a couch and a futon in the living room. Parking is in a gravel area outside the apartment. I will rent monthly. I live next door. This is in a country setting on a dead end gravel road. There is minor traffic noise from one road on other side of the creek. all utilities are included....heat, water, gas, trash no smoking, drugs or alcohol allowed on premises. no large gatherings, loud parties. there are two dogs on property so must like dogs. They are friendly and just want petted.
