Kitchen: medium size kitchen has SS Appliances, 5 burner gas stove with convection oven, French door fridge with ice-maker in bottom freezer, dishwasher. Basement: Washer and dryer in basement. Unfinished basement has decent height ceilings and can be used for storage and work space. There is an antique armoire that has been reinforced and customized to store wine. Bathroom: Fully tiled recently remodeled bath, good water pressure in shower. Tall storage cabinet and mirror come with it (but you can store those in basement if you prefer a different aesthetic). Heat: Forced air furnace for heat. There's two window AC units (stored in basement) that come in handy during the summer. The thermostat also has a helpful setting which circulates cool air up from the basement. PETS- 1-2 small pets with references and additional deposit. **Due to soft fir floors in living room and dining room, renters with pets would be required to cover majority of those two rooms with area rugs provided by renter. We ask that tenants keep up with basic yard maintenance- mowing and raking and light weeding. There are a few new privacy plantings that will need watering during the summer months. More watering is appreciated but depends on what you are comfortable with. We will have to come at least a couple times a year to clean the gutters and prune things back.
