Such a Cute Efficiency Unit Ready for Occupancy! This is Not a Scam! This unit is perfect for one person (max) and has everything someone needs for simple living. It is located in the back of the building on the first floor. There are three other units in the building that are all occupied by great tenants. The unit itself has a galley kitchen and two rooms that can be used anyway you like them. It is approximately 6' x 13 '. There will be a brand new refrigerator in the unit coming soon- it has been ordered. Room One (maybe the living room) dimensions are 7'x9'. Room Two- (likely where your bed will go) dimensions are 9'x 7'. The bathroom is decent sized and has lots of storage. This is where you will find the washing machine too. PLEASE NOTE- There is a washing machine, but no dryer and no hook ups for one. There is off street parking for one vehicle and plenty of street parking. The rent is $800 which includes the heat. This is not a scam! It is TINY! Tenant pays their own electricity (hot water) and other personal utilities. One indoor cat may be negotiable. An additional deposit of $250 non-refundable deposit is required if a cat is approved. So sorry- no doggies allowed. What we require for application approval Serious inquiries only please!
