I am looking to relocate to be with my family, which is why I am putting my house here up for sale. It would be a great Air B&B just due to how easy it is to get to! You can get on Hwy 51/64 in literally less than 20 seconds and it has tons of charm, I get compliments on it all the time. The neighborhood is fantastic, all my neighbors have been here forever, most of them for well over 30 years. I can gladly introduce you to them. Everything is nice, I just need to get "home". I am selling my house, with almost everything in it (all the major stuff, I am only keeping the stuff that is sentimental) so it truly is move in ready. I have been looking, checking prices and there isn't a better deal out there.
