    Cute Cully 1069 square foot house, 2 bedrooms (both 12x12 feet) with patio doors that open to private, fenced back yard with deck. 1 bath, a dream kitchen for any cook, and extended garage. Hardwood floors in living room and plush carpet in both bedrooms. I will use the back yard shed for storage, but tenants would have garage and attic space to utilize. Yard has abundant plants, trees, blueberries, raised beds for planting, etc. I'm looking for $1,700 a month (first and last), plus $1,700 security deposit at move in. Garbage is included but tenants would be responsible for all other utilities. I am willing to accept installments for the security deposit over the first three months. Pets are fine if the pets are fine but you will need renter's insurance to cover pet liability. Gas heat with electric wall units as well, washer and dryer, and yard tools. Wood fireplace is currently not useable but will be serviced this winter. Renters would be responsible for yard and gutter upkeep or I can hire a crew and add that expense to rent-your choice. However, in Winter, yard pretty much goes into hibernation. There is a home gym in garage that tenants are welcome to use. Month to month lease. I'm looking for reliable folks who'll take care of my beloved home. Pictures are a mix of old and current photos with different furniture arrangements over the years. House was just recently painted inside and will be professionally cleaned. Viewings available by appointment. Tenants will need to show proof of income and previous landlord referrals. Owner pays garbage. Tenants responsible for all other utilities.
