Our street is full of wonderful neighbors, many of whom who have updated their homes themselves without loans or heavy debt, so the neighborhood is nice without high turn over or foreclosures. We have an annual summer potluck street party, and enjoy a sense of community with a healthy respect for both neighborhood safety AND privacy. There is a hidden wetland area that attracts songbirds less than a mile away, and the Springwater Trail bike path and Johnson Creek Watershed greenway are within walking and biking distance.
