Must submit a $1600 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits. 3. NO SMOKING ($500 smoking violation fine applied to cleaning fee) 4. NO PARTIES or Large gatherings 5. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS (all occupants must be listed on the reservation in order to avoid cancellation) NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS!! 6. EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECK-OUT FEE IS $25/hr IF WE ARE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR REQUEST 8. NO TAMPERING WITH SECURITY/MONITORING DEVICES ($100 fee if team member needs to come out to readjust equipment) 9. ID verification after reservation 10. NO 3rd Party Bookings (unless authorized by host in writing)
