First I need to state that the map on here is telling people that we are located miles and miles east of snowflake...it is not correct. GPS has never worked correctly with our address! We are literally only 3 miles from town..and right off the highway...u can see our house from the highway! It takes us 4 minutes to get from our house to the light in snowflake! Here are written instructions to find our home: Go East at the light in snowflake 3 miles...you will see a feed store on your right and you make a left onto Golden Horse Ln. Then you make your first right onto Caspian. We are the house on the left! You can call or text me...Missy....at any time to ask questions! 928-243-0761 This is a walk out basement home on 3 1/2 acres. It has a well and septic, central vacuum, security system and intercom system. The kitchen has 2 dishwashers, a double oven, warming drawer, pot filler, and a 6x8 foot island with a small extra sink (with garbage disposal).....just to name a few. This home has a huge walk in pantry, laundry room with built in wooden lockers and built in cubbies. It also has an office. The basement has a theater room, craft room and a huge food storage room. The front of the house has a huge covered front porch and the back upstairs has a big deck. It has a big section of the back yard that has sod. We built this 12 years ago and it has been a great home for our 10 person family. We are looking to downsize and this will be a great home for a big family!
