Front door was replaced in 2003 with a new cherry stained, solid Mahogany door. The interior was repainted in 2004, base/crown moldings were added and all new light fixtures throughout. Kitchen was fully remodeled in 2004 with new cherry cabinets, granite counter top and all new Kenmore Elite appliances. Front yard was re-done in 2007 with all an new automatic irrigation system, Marathon sod, and planters re-planted with new shrubs and flowers. Pool pumps and filters were also replaced in 2008. In 2010, the walls and attic had blown in cellulose insulation added. All interior doors where replaced with solid core doors. Central air/heat system was replaced including the compressor, furnace and ducting. Neighborhood Description On an average day there are people walking up and down the greenbelt. There are kids playing at the playground, Mom's watching, taking care. Others walking their dogs.
