    Small 2 bedroom house on a fenced in half lot perfect for a pup. In a residential neighborhood but only 1 1/2 blocks from a grocery store, gas station, Parejo restaurant, bus lines on West 7th, and more! Videos will be available in a Google photo drive. No driveway or off street parking but the street has always had room in front of the house. As this is a single family home, tenants are responsible for lawn maintenance and snow shoveling. Tenants pay all utility costs. We believe people should pay for what they use and hope that encourages energy efficiency. A background check is required. Misdemeanors are ok, but felonies including drugs, sexual assault, and theft are not ok. Credit score should be 600 or higher. Income should be at least 3x rent to make sure it is affordable.
