Input application into Zillow. We verify the application:
Rent History - Proof of last three months payment, by bank statement or money order and verification by property owner.
Income of $4,000 per month, with one year on job. Paystubs and employment verification required.
Bank statement showing adequate ability to pay rent.
Funds for first month plus deposit.
No evictions
No Section 8
