We love that our neighborhood is REALLY quiet and the road is a dead end. We have never had any problems here, all good memories and the A/C Unit (inside & outside) was just replaced in July 2021. There is a BEAUTIFUL 2 story play house with a spiral slide in the back yard, as well as another slide mounted to a tree with a platform built for it. The other side of the playhouse is a shed, the dimensions of both sides equal 8x16. New gutters have been installed in May 2022 and the well house was remodeled with blocks and new roof to replace the wooden well house.
