Our home is located on 27 treed acres, a beautiful place in Pagosa Springs. We are 5 highway miles from downtown Pagosa, and a 20 min drive to uptown Pagosa. Our ideal candidate for this basement space would be locally employed, and love animals. We have dogs, cats, and chickens, and would need to barter for pet sitting once a month. Monthly rent would be $650 for only one person. No pets please. NON SMOKING household. Water, Trash, and Electric included. Our Wifi does not reach the basement area.
