All utilities (internet too) included in this fully furnished Casita (small house behind main house) with central AC and heat on 1.3 acre lot. Very quiet area with the Rio Grande behind the property and plenty of stars at night. Unit has a kitchenette, which includes a convection burner, sink, fridge (we have a full size fridge in the kitchen now, not the small one in pic), large toaster oven and microwave. Laundry is available inside our backdoor. You can park right outside the casita. There is a large shed where you can store a bike, suitcases, etc. Must be an animal lover. We have two dogs who do have access at times to the fully fenced property. They are very friendly, but usually prefer to be in our house. They do not have access to the full property when we are not home. We do keep the gate to the property closed at all times. We are completely open to a renter with a dog or cat, but it must be the right fit. Month-to-month or short-term lease for starters, with option to sign a year lease if all parties feel it's a good fit! One-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 if renting 3 months or more, and $75 if only renting a month or two.
