In our beautiful complex, we have a heated pool and spa, a fitness center and a newly furnished clubhouse with a big screen TV, pool table, and a partial kitchen. We have 2 laundry facilities on the property. One year lease; after which the lease will become month-to-month. Resident provides their own refrigerator. Utilities: Residents pay for Electricity, Sewer and Trash, billed separately. Cable: All units are cable-ready, billed separately. There is no income limit at our property; however, there is a minimum income requirement of 1.5 times the rent. We verify your rental history for the past two years.
