Sixty plus acres of State Land borders on two sides. A Very unique offering of 4 contiguous lots, one of which borders Martin Sweedish Road. The previous owner did a lot of engineering here. Wet lands were delineated and mapped! The D.E.C. allowed for an old woods road to be used as access to this oasis and a septic site was approved way back off of the old woods road on the 14.2a lot. Deep pit test holes are still there. Beautiful home site. They sold to the present owner who took it to the next level.
