Large 2-bedroom apartment on 7 acres in Candler available. The property borders Hominey Creek. There's plenty of room to garden if you're so inclined, a bonfire pit, and a bunch of fireflies. A dog would be welcome as long as they get along with the other dog on the property. No cats please. The apartment is set up in a way that works well for two roommates, since there's a big common space and two separate showers and sinks. Landlord lives next door, the other people on the property are pretty awesome, and it's generally quiet. We're not really walkable to anything other than a dollar store. Grocery is a mile away, and downtown is usually a 15 minute drive from here. Water is from a well on site and included in rent. Trash is also included. Tenant is responsible for electric and internet. It doesn't have central AC, previous tenant used a window unit in the bedroom. Heat is electric baseboard heat, previous tenants used plug in oil heaters in the bedrooms to keep those smaller spaces toasty. Apartment is available Aug 1, a few days earlier move in might be possible. One year lease would be preferred. Move in requirements are first month, last month, and $1600 security deposit. There's no application fee. We do run a background and credit check, but there's no charge for those.
