It has two bedrooms and another smaller room that may make a better office, than a third bedroom. There is one full bathroom off the kitchen. This is a non-smoking unit. The rent is $1,750 and includes heat, water and sewer. Tenant pays their own electricity and other personal utilities. One indoor cat may be negotiable.
