The place is very close to Radio Bean and the OP. We're seeking a person who's ideally laid-back with a creative side. Musicians, painters, writers, philosophers, students, etc. This is an excellent location on North Winooski Avenue, just a half block from Pearl Street. Rent is only $1000 per month (plus deposit). Electricity is extra and runs about $35 a month per person. While our house is a fun and social environment, please know that there is no smoking, no hard drugs, no heavy drinking, and no weapons of any kind welcome at the house.
