It features low maintenance exterior siding and composite decking at both the front and rear entrance. The interior knotty pine walls provides a rustic charm to the living room, dining and kitchen area. The large loft area accommodates a king bed or make it a bunk-room. There are 2 first floor bedrooms too.The bungalow has been in a rental pool since 1983 for the summer season only so the property has had minimal use. It could remain an income source as well as providing you with a place to getaway in the Moody beach neighborhood. Showings begin October 15.
