The dinning room is in the front of the house under a picture window looking out on the large deck and yard, where you may see Deer, Elk, Bear, Foxes, Moose. The house is on a well, and the water is fabulous. The only cost is the electricity to pump it out. Sewer is included. Gas, Electric, Garbage, Renters insurance, are the renters expense. No Smoking! No pets of any kind! We ask for a refundable $100 deposit with your rental application along with a security deposit and the first and last months rent. If you check out, the deposit will go to your second months rent.
