The cottage has a small deck area and a small grass yard. It is perfect for a small gathering of friends or family. There is enough parking for 3 cars. A cat or small dog is permitted with a pet fee of $250 for a dog. All applicants should have good credit with a score of 700 or better and verifiable income with pay stubs or employment letter.
