Duplex. 2 bd. 1 bth units. Front unit just remodelled with new insulation, all new kitchen with granite counters and porcelain tile floor. All new vinyl windows throughout, and added new sliding door where before there was just a window, every fixture in the house is new and new wiring throughout, and we added a skylight.
