Coin operated laundry machines on site. Owner pays for water/sewer. Tenant pays for electricity and cable/internet access. Tenant is responsible for maintaining their backyard. Each unit has its own water heater. No smoking in units, or common areas. Small dogs and cats allowed with Landlord approval. All tenants must sign a House Rules Agreement.
