Noise from the planes may be an issue for some people. - This upstairs suite does NOT come with ocean/pier access. - The lower level rental has complete private access to the ocean because pier is adjacent to their lanai. - This space is located on the second story with a separate entry/exit from the lower unit. There are no shared common areas for security reasons. Please note: If lower level is rented-noise may be heard from below. We kindly ask the tenants below to keep the noise to a respectable level.
