Hi, I am looking for one roommate (dogs negotiable) to share my 2 bedroom, 2 baths, and 2 car garage rental house. It is located on a dead-end street in Kaneohe a block from Kaneohe Beach Park. I am a single 36-year-old woman with a hybrid job sometimes working from home and sometimes working in the Honolulu office. On the weekends I hike, SUP, kayak, swim, and hang out at the beach. Rent for the room is $1,425 (utilities included as well as shared cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels). A deposit of $1,425 will be required at move-in. There is laundry on site, ample parking (in garage, driveway, and in front of the house), there is a bonus space that is used as my office and a guest room when there is family and friends visiting. The room I'm looking to rent out is 11 ft 7 inches by 10 ft. and the closet length is 6 ft 7 inches. There are 6 outlets in the room and a ceiling fan. The room can be unfurnished or it can include a queen mattress, queen bed frame, bedding, pillows, nightstand, and small dresser. I have all the furniture in the main part of the house. The landlords just finished a huge remodel so the electric, plumbing, and all interior walls are brand new (including insulation in the walls!). There is a small yard, a view of Kaneohe Bay, and water access to put in kayaks or SUPs from the driveway. 2 month lease preferred with the option to extend. Lease can start June 1, but if you need to move in a few days early I can negotiate that.
