The tenant is responsible for replacing any damaged items and must return the property in the same condition as it was found at the time of arrival. All amenities are stocked upon arrival (toilet paper, paper towels, dish, hand, & laundry soap, coffee, propane for BBQ & firepit). Tenant is responsible to refill as needed during their stay. Owner pays for ALL utilities including internet. Owner pays for required cleaning every 3 weeks. The Owner will coordinate cleaning with the Tenant. The Lease is on month to month terms. 2 dog maximum. The yard is not fully fenced so dogs must be on a leash when outside. $300 deposit per dog and $50/month per pet additional rent. Parking is available on the driveway. Tenant is responsible for snow removal and summer yard maintenance (keeping the 'desert wild landscaping' mowed down).
