This unit is conveniently located approximately 3 minutes walk to Wood Island T.

Common areas such as Kitchen, Living Room, and your bedroom are furnished.

Room size: 9.5'x10.5' (feet)
Your space is furnished: It comes with a queen-size bed and a good-sized closet.
In addition, your room can comfortably fit a 3' x 1.8' (39"x20" in) office table and a chair.
Utilities are splitting in 2 ways (average utility cost is approximately $89-115/month per person, though this amount may fluctuate depending on seasonal usage and monthly variantions)
First month + last month rent + 1month rent security deposit.
sub-lease starting immediately, following a new 1 year lease ends on August 31st, 2026. Both leases must be signed at the same time. Optional for renewal.
