We are looking for someone to take over the lease beginning some time in early August preferably. The lease will be up December 17th. The apartment is with Alpha Mill in their new (before us) Phase 2 apartments at 447 East 12th Street, #231: a 1 bed one bath. Location is very convenient to uptown, Plaza, and NoDa; has gated parking, you will get one parking spot; decent gym in the building; pool and grill; several roof top terraces with views of the skyline; and is super pet friendly -- they have multiple dog parks, including one obstacle course, and basically everyone I've seen has some kind of dog. Heat and cooling is electric, I never have any issue keeping it a comfortable temperature with not too crazy electric bills. All stainless steel appliances, and has an induction cooking top that we have taken care of with a specialty cleaning agent (we'll leave it if you want it) so it looks new. There is a trash service that takes out the dumpsters located in the gated parking area (but I've never heard them or seen them). I had the apartment wired for cable. Rent is: 1065 base 20 trash fee Water based on useage We have a deposit of $300 that you can take ownership of when taking over the apartment. You can have the deposit after taking over the lease. Lease converts to month-to-month following December 17th.
