You'll love the low crime, beautiful scenery, great weather, terrific neighbors. While the house is in the best subdivision in the county (which gives you a fire hydrant, cable tv and high speed Internet), the back of the house abuts a beautiful 17 acre hay farm (not included) where you will often see deer, wild turkeys, foxes, squirrels, raccoons, etc. You'll appreciate the peace and quiet this neighborhood brings. There are only 2 houses past this one and the road ends in a cul de sac so there is little traffic. But the best part is the house that is for sale. It boasts 4400 square feet and was designed with an Italian farmhouse motif. This house is custom all the way! The builders took extra care and expense to ensure the house has quality touches. The outside of this 3 story beauty is brick. As you enter, the owners designed a Frank Lloyd Wright feel by constructing an 8 foot ceiling which explodes into a great room with a 21' ceiling. There is a canning storage closet and a small rustic wine room. There is also a large storage room and a work area. Between these areas is a room used as a small gym but could be another bedroom and is listed as such. The double car garage has extra space on either side to provide storage and a shop area. Our utilities average: water: $23; Electric: $150; Taxes: $1147. The house is located 2 hours from Johnson City and 2 hours from Knoxville. The area offers hiking, bicycling, four wheeling, fishing, hunting, horse riding, music, and many historic events.
