The apartment has air conditioning (rare in Portland, as most apartments only have heating). Amenities include a gym, billiards room, and swimming pool. Rent: Between 1,600 1,800$ (final price to be confirmed when signing the lease with the leasing office). This is not a sublease you will sign a new lease directly with the rental company. If you are interested and sign a lease with the office, I am willing to offer bonus.
