All exterior windows were replaced with Andereson A Series composite, double hung, tilt in windows and a motorized skylight enables natural flow through ventilation from the ocean breeze. The exterior of the home was stripped of paint and refinished to historical restoration quality. Easy access to the freeway within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and Newport Avenue, but just far enough to avoid the congestion. Comfortable and cozy. Contemporary floor plan.
