Prepare your favorite dishes in our spacious kitchen that is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials and includes a large gas oven, stainless steel refrigerator, convenient Keurig coffee maker, and mini bar/cocktail accessories. Gather around our dining table that can seat up to 8 people to enjoy a meal or settle in for a night of board games. Cozy up on the living room couch in front of the fireplace and connect with family and friends or your preferred streaming service on the Roku Smart TV. Venture to the second floor where you'll find the owner's suite bedroom with an attached laundry area and bathroom, complete with large tub and shower. Stroll across the landing area to find an additional bathroom with a standing shower and a second bedroom that features floor to ceiling windows, offering beautiful natural light. Walk all the way to the top of the stairs to the third floor loft hideaway. This space is great for additional sleeping options (e.g. two queen mattresses, one twin mattress. This space does overlook the master bedroom if you go to the edge of the loft area but still provides some separation for guests looking to spread out. Additional air mattresses are available as well. Spend some time outside in the private fenced in backyard and relax on the patio furniture located just steps away from the back entrance. Additional pet fees may apply. Renters will pay the variable costs for the utilities consumed (electric, gas & water). Renters will be charged a cleaning fee of $250 when they move out.
