Now it was destaged. So the furniture and items are not included for rent. Stainless steel refrigerator can stay for rent. The rent is $2200 per month. The Secrurity deposit is $2400. No smoking. May consider one dog under 25 pounds. Dog rent is $35 per month with deposit $500. Cat rent is $20 per month with deposit $200. Maximum deposit two pets. Tenants are responsible for all the utilities and front lawn service ($70 paid to the landscaper at end of the each month if you don't mow the front lawn). Must have very good credit. Minimum credit score 640. No collections and no recent late payment on credit report. If your credit needs minor repair or new to the job, the first month rent and extra secrurity deposit are required upon signing rental agreement. $20 application/documentation fee per adult paid to the landlord upon signing rental agreement.
