This home is part of my Mother and Fathers estate. The home does need to be updated. The bathroom needs the most work done to it, tiles have fell off the wall in the tub area. So drywall would need replaced etc. The appliances are from the late 70's and need work as well. Eggers middle school is right behind the home. So this is a great home for people with kids. The yard is fenced in front and back and both the front and rear porches are enclosed. Great home for family's with children The basement is unfinished and if one wanted you could make a apartment out of it and rent it out.
