    What's special

    This home has been the parsonage of our youth pastor and family for the past 2 1/2 years. They became our senior pastor and moved into the larger parsonage for the senior pastor. That is the reason we are selling this home. It has a nice metal roof that is fairly new. There are some cosmetic concerns on the outside of the house that paint would take care of. We are selling it "as is" for that reason allowing the new owner to tailor it to their desires. It does have an updated energy efficient furnace and air conditioner unit. A new sewer system was put in to the main sewer during our ownership of the home. Inside the home, the 3 bedrooms are nice sized and all have cedar lined closets with lights.
