About the house A 4 year old row-house that has beautiful wood flooring throughout, washer/dryer, and a paved back patio. Some rooms come partially furnished, some details are below and more can be provided upon request. The house is just two blocks from the Shaw metro station (yellow/green lines) and very close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and shops. It is walking distance to Logan Circle, U St, Mount Vernon Sq, and 14th St. Total rent is $5300 + utilities. The landlord will also split the cost of a bi-monthly cleaning service with the tenants. The cleaners come every two weeks and charge $120 to clean the whole house, so the landlord will pay for one cleaning per month and the tenants will pay for the other. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required upon agreeing to move in.
